Upon returning from playing professional basketball in Spain, Mack found that he had missed working with people and helping them. This drive to help people achieve their health goals blossomed into the idea that is Mack Attack Fitness. His dedication and drive to help his clients is what sets him apart from other trainers.

Mack takes a tremendous amount of pride in being able to assist his clients in hitting their goals, whatever they may be. He looks to create positive and sustained relationships with all clients so that constant progress can be made. Training can often be seen as daunting, so Mack always seeks to create a unique training environment that provides results, but also makes training fun and enjoyable.

Through years and years of playing basketball at a high level and having success, Mack understands what it takes physically and mentally, as well as the amount of dedication you must have to meet your goals. His years of experience in training clients of all ages and backgrounds, and track record of success, show this dedication to each and every client.
